NeuralActions Terms and Conditions of Use

By logging in to NeuralActions, users agree to the following Terms of Service (the “Terms”) to use NeuralActions. All websites on which NeuralActions provides NeuralActions services are hereinafter referred to as “NeuralActions websites”. These Terms will govern the contractual relationship between the User and NeuralActions, regardless of the NeuralActions site with which the User is registered or logged in. Service Costs

NeuralActions websites offer registered users two options: a) a free membership (with a limited set of features called “Free Membership”) and b) multiple paid memberships for organizations (according to the storage capacity of selected nodes defined herein as “Paid Memberships”).

Details on applicable fees for Paid Membership Editions are set out on NeuralActions websites at http://www.neuralactions.com.ar/pricing. The rates listed are binding. Payments for Paid Membership editions must be paid immediately for the corresponding billing. Payment can be made using the various debit procedures available, especially with accepted credit cards, or online payment systems available. If NeuralActions is unable to charge any fees from an account designated by the User due to lack of funds, the User shall bear all costs arising, including bank charges related to debit entries or similar charges, to the extent that the User is responsible for the event that triggers these costs. NeuralActions can send invoices to the user for paid memberships by email.

Any use of the services and content offered on NeuralActions websites beyond the scope of the options provided by NeuralActions requires the prior written consent of NeuralActions.

User Generated Content and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

For NeuralActions, the protection not only of personal data but also of all those that flow through our platform is the top priority.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. It was adopted in April of this year. It is binding on all member states and takes effect on May 25, 2018.

The purpose of this regulation is to protect citizens’ rights against unauthorized handling of their confidential data and personal data. These rules respect the right to the protection of citizens’ personal data, regardless of their nationality or residence.

Our goal is to provide services in accordance with the European GDPR and, at the same time, provide our customers with all the necessary tools so that they can easily meet the requirements of this regulation.

Workspace Configuration: Data Is Confidential This is
a key feature that allows you to process data in NeuralActions without leaving any additional records about the data in NeuralActions after the actions are completed.

The information that the user generates within NeuralActions will be for the exclusive use of that user or for the users with which he/she shares through the options provided by NeuralActions, provided that this data and / or information does not violate any law.

NeuralActions does not make any special or particular use with the data of each user, respecting the total privacy of them, provided that this data and / or information do not violate any law.

NeuralActions will only make available the data and/or information provided by the User, provided that this data and/or information does not violate any laws or these Terms.

NeuralActions has the right to remove any illegal or prohibited information or information from NeuralActions websites without prior notice to the User.

The user acknowledges and accepts that it is technically impossible to achieve 100% availability of NeuralActions websites. NeuralActions will however strive to keep NeuralActions websites available without interruption. Events related to maintenance, security or capacity requirements and/or events beyond NeuralActions’ control (e.g. interruptions in public communication networks, power failures, etc.) may cause temporary failures or temporary interruptions of services provided on NeuralActions websites.

Registration, representations and guarantees when registering

Users must register before using any of the services on NeuralActions websites. The user guarantees and declares that all data provided by the user for registration is accurate and complete. The user will inform any changes in the registration data to NeuralActions without undue delay. The user should not use pseudonyms or false names. The User must choose a password when registering. The user is obliged to keep this password secret. NeuralActions will not disclose the password to any third party and NeuralActions will not request the User’s password at any time. By completing the registration process, the user consents to enter the agreement to use the services of The NeuralActions websites. NeuralActions accepts this offer by activating membership for the use of the services on NeuralActions websites. The agreement takes effect with the aforementioned acceptance by NeuralActions. Each user has the right to register with NeuralActions only once. If a company uploads a logo for branding purposes, NeuralActions may use this logo for marketing purposes on the website.

Right of cancellation for consumers

If a user is registered with NeuralActions for a purpose that is not related to their business, scientific, medical, educational or independent activity, their membership may be terminated.

The user can cancel the registration for free and paid memberships in writing (e.g. by letter, fax or email) within two (2) weeks without indicating a reason. The two-week period begins when NeuralActions activates membership. In addition, the User may cancel the registration for the Paid Membership in writing (e.g. by mail, fax or email) within two (2) weeks without indicating a reason, after changing.
